Warranty

General Furniture Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, refinish or replace the failed item.

The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete set. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, refinish or replacement.

In the event of a failure, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the receipt. Leisuregrow will confirm that we have a completed warranty card from the customer completed at time of purchase for the warranty to have been registered. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware.

In all instances where a product is not covered by one of our extended limited warranties a standard 12 month warranty will apply.

Aluminium Frames (Covers Santander, Madrid and Corsica)

Aluminium frames are covered by a 5 year limited warranty. Warranty specifically excludes damage to powder coat finish caused by corrosion, scratching, pitting or fading. To clean powder coated frames, wash down regularly with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Hose regularly with fresh water to remove airborne contaminants. Regular use of a mild wax polish will help maintain the showroom finish.

Glass

Glass breakage, discolouration of painted glass and scratching caused by general war and tear or misuse is not covered by the warranty. To clean glass, wash down regularly with mild soapy water or commercially available glass cleaner. Do not strike glass, lean on or place any heavy weight directly on the glass. Do not place extremely hot or extremely cold items directly on the glass. Do not drag table under any circumstances. Do not leave umbrella open through table glass when table is not in use. Umbrella should always be in solid base to avoid table damage. Do not use parasol in glass table in windy weather. Glass is covered with a standard 12 month warranty.

Textaline (Covers Santander Only)

Textaline is covered by a 5 year limited warranty. Warranty specifically excludes stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric. To clean Textaline, wash with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. To avoid stains, remove spills promptly. We recommend that Textaline furniture is covered with a furniture cover or stored inside to extend its life.

Woven Furniture (Covers Madrid and Corsica Ranges Only)

Woven Furniture is covered by a 5 year limited warranty. Warranty specifically excludes scratching of wicker finish. To clean wicker, wash down regularly with mild soapy water and rinse with fresh water. Hose regularly with fresh water to remove airborne contaminants.

Stone Table Tops (Covers Granada and La Rochelle only)

Stone table tops are covered by a limited 5 year warranty. The Warranty specifically does not cover discolouration due to natural weathering or sunlight, staining from spilt liquids or accidental chipping. Our Stone table tops are made from natural materials and as such variations in colour will occur in the stone. To clean the stone table tops, wash down regularly with mild soapy water and rinse with fresh water. Regular use of a mild wax polish will help maintain the showroom finish.

General Barbecue Warranty Conditions

Burners, Manifolds, Cast Iron Surfaces, Frame and Trolley all have a 1 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Leisuregrow 300 Series

Burners, Manifolds, Cast Iron Surfaces, Frame and Trolley all have a 1 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Leisuregrow 400 Series

Burners, Manifolds, Cast Iron Surfaces, Frame and Trolley all have a 2 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Leisuregrow 500 Series

Burners, Manifolds, Cast Iron Surfaces, Frame and Trolley all have a 2 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Grand Hall

Burners, Manifolds, Cast Iron Surfaces, Frame and Trolley all have a 3 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Patio Heaters

All have a 1 year Limited Warranty subject to exclusions as listed above.

Barbecue After-Care

Use a brass bristle wire cleaning brush after use to clean your barbecue. For best results follow this by leaving all burners on high for 5-10 minutes. Turn the burners off, and when the barbecue has cooled down, wipe over with a damp cloth and coat with cooking oil to help protect cooking surfaces against rust. Always use a barbecue mitt when cleaning to avoid burning yourself.
